JMW Advises MUSO And Lazarus Consulting On Fundraise With Puma Capital Investments.

Head of Corporate London at JMW John Andrews has advised MUSO and Lazarus Consulting in relation to MUSO's fundraise with Puma Capital Investments. JMW Solicitors acted as legal adviser to MUSO on the transaction and John worked closely with Andy Chatterley, the CEO of MUSO, and Steve Lazarus of Lazarus Consulting.

MUSO is a London-based data company that provides a complete and trusted view of global piracy and unlicensed media consumption. The deal has resulted in a £3.2m investment from Puma Private Equity, a leading provider of growth capital to small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) across all sectors and regions of the UK.

Lazarus Consulting acted as exclusive financial advisor to MUSO and has recently secured just under £100m of investment offers for its clients.
